What is MFA and why is it required?
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security beyond your password. Even if someone gets your password, they cannot access your account without the second factor. We require it for all users to ensure maximum security.
What does KryoChat cost?

Can I use KryoChat on multiple devices?
KryoChat is a native iOS app. Your account is protected by MFA, and each device establishes its own secure encryption session when you sign in.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Your messages are protected by MFA, so no one can access your account without your second factor. Since messages auto-delete after delivery, there is no message history stored on our servers.
How do I upgrade to Pro or Pro Plus?
You can upgrade directly in the app settings. Pro removes ads, while Pro Plus adds advanced features like self-destruct timers and screenshot protection.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
